Cheap, just don't forget the ATF paperwork and the $200 tax stamp. Small details lead to high prison time!

But...One registered adapter PLUS a case of filters = jail time for presumptive possession. (You have an adapter, so the filters are presumed to be supressor parts.  Each needs a serial number and registered.)  If you had no adapter then you can own as many oil filters as you want. 

If you have a registered adapter then you may own one filter, also with the same number as the adapter.
