LOL, We even tried a "Tesla" copied winding pattern early on......

We adapted it to our voltage and slot size.....

The motor would not even start with no load, so the Curtis optimization routine could not be run.

It was a situation of too small (degree wise) of overlap not giving enough initial torque.

This would have worked if we had done a 300 volt system though.

So, it was a situation of not scaling down voltage wise.....

1930 Ford Speedster, AC50, full manual powerglide, 6.14gears, 38-130AH CALBs.

Sir how can i create coil lay out sequence. I can count the number if wires and turn if coill
but I cant make sequence coil lay out for every phase.

Here is the coil layout for first phase four poles, Mizs 20 hp motor. (This is now the old motor)

I pulled 12 wires off the roll 75 feet long.

12 inhand,  2 turns each coil,  18 gauge wire.
